Project
RedNeck: First Load
Using the proceeds of the sale of Project MX, FordMuscle brings
on a new vehicle for 2007. We're proud to introduce our 1978
F250 Custom 4x4. Project Redneck will pay tribute to those who
choose not to assimilate into dominant car culture by modifying
this brawler with hands-on pride, a short pocketbook, and no
concern for what the public thinks.

Project
67 (Active)
Don't let the sleeper looks
of the original FM project car deceive
you. This pony has been in the FM stable since 1999, where it
started out as Project 11.99, termed after the car's ET objective
having then received our 400 Horsepower 302 engine project.
After meeting that goal, it hasn't wavered in it's position
as FM's primary dragstrip guniea pig.

Project
2006 F150 (Active)
Our super cab "STX" model F150 with
a 4.6L engine and automatic transmission. We wont be performing
any radical modifications to this daily driver / work truck,
but we will focus on bolt-on power modifications, aesthetic
and suspension upgrades, and of course creature comforts.

MX (In-Active)
It's happened to you, we're sure of it. You saw it on eBay,
Collector Car Trader, CraigsList,
or even in the Penny Saver and just had to obey your passion
as a classic Ford enthusiast. You bought that bargain project
car, despite acknowledged space and time restraints and the
work-in-progress in your garage. That's what we did when we
purchased this 1972 Montego with no planning. So now what?

Project
Cobra (Active)
If you like tragic tales, the saga of our teal 1993 SVT Cobra
will have you in tears. The project
began with a 13 hour road-trip to acquire the car, and ended
with identifying the remains in a police theft recovery yard.
Fortunately in between are some great tech pieces, including
a 300 rearwheel horsepower dyno romp.

Project
01GT (In-Active)
Ford's departure from pushrod V8's in 1996 signaled to us
that a mod-motor project car would eventually reside in the
FM shop. Our '01 Mustang GT houses a relatively plain-jane 4.6L
2V mill. We've performed the initial steps in souping up this
modern muscle car, including a nitrous installation and chip
tune.

Project
Torino (Active)
Rescued from an abandoned chicken
coupe in Sacramento, CA. FordMuscle brings back to
life a 1973 Gran Torino factory 429 car. Among everything it's
taking to get it back on the road we've added rear disc brakes
and a budget minded 460 powerplant. As with most projects, we
tread through the failures only to savor the glory of saving
a nearly forgotten musclecar.

Big & Ugly Work Truck (In-Active)
Enough of project cars, here
is a project truck for FordMuscle.
If you can look past the 'Department of Public Works' white
paint and all-business body, you'll find the same guts as a
Mustang - a 5.0L SEFI motor and an AOD transmission. We're going
to pull some plays from our 5.0 playbook and beef up the...

Project
88LX (In-Active)
This is the epitome of the 5.0L Mustang project car. Ours' began
life with an automatic
transmission. It took no time to get the AOD car into the 13's.
Eventually it received the obligatory T5 conversion. This car
has been subjected to just about the entire realm of Fox-body
modifications, so enjoy the details.
