I ride a motorbike on sunny days and park the Bronco, for example. Positive incentives and policies will do more. Mass transit and carpools SOME of the time and SOME of the rides, will do SOMEthing. I used to ride the bus when my Comet was apart, and was just happy knowing I had that Comet ..So, yes, California, go sue yourself...
