If you use the 164 tooth flywheel, you wkill need the engine plate to go with it. the 164 tooth f/w is larger than the other and needs the starter relocated. You will have a hard time fnding a stick shift plate for the 351, but the plate from a 302 using the same tooth count will work. I don't know the years that will work. Bellhousing may need to be that size too.
