reverse high?
Starting to sound like a C-5 with the wave spring in the direct clutch pack.
Looks a lot like a steel plate but with a wave to it?
I would get some pressure paltes and snap rings and get a stack of plates and frictions that make the right clearance.
The wave spring will cushion the 2-3 shift and that is not a good thing.
