Port Volume (Home Ported D0OE)

The intakes actually cc'd out to 160cc. The exhausts are unknown...I never measured the volume. Exhaust volume has much less of an effect on engine characteristics than intake volume. Main thing is exhaust flow.

The exhaust port measures 1.48 x 1.25 and it was 1.24 x 1.0 stock. If you make your exhausts this large, you'll need to be more selective when you buy headers because some do not have the inlet port large enough to match the exhaust ports. Thorley tri-ys were too small, but Dougs tri-ys worked perfectly. Hooker Super Comps would probably work too if you don't mind low ground clearance. Ford Powertrain Applications would be another good choice.
