Difference between 69 351w 4bbl heads and 2 bbl heads?
The guys are right. No difference in heads. The 4V was rated at slightly higher hp duw to higher compression. The 4V engines had flat tops with valve reliefs vs the 2v having a slightly dished piston. 10:1 vs 9.5:1
