Body Question: body filler for non-metal parts???

I'm removing the trim that runs down the center of my hood. Along with that, there's a small piece that bolts down on the front "clip" (I don't know what else to call the piece that holds the grill, headlights, and turn signals). This short piece holds the hood ornament and is basically the front of the hood trim. You guys get the picture. Anyhow, I will weld, grind, fill the holes in the hood, it's metal and I can handle that part. However, the front clip on my car is made from some sort of plastic composite crap. How do I fill holes in it? There's two small 3/16 holes and one with a diameter of about 1/2". Any tips are appreciated. I just want to make sure that whatever I fill the holes with will last! It's right there in the center of my hood and it will get tested by the elements. Thanks guys!
