I assume your comparing the FOX vs. a 5.0 SN95?

Major pros & cons that I'll point out:

SN95 Pros: 5-lug bolt pattern, better brake system w/ 4-wheel discs, more fender room for larger tires.

SN95 Cons: Heavier overall weight, Hypereutectic stock pistons ('93 FOX also), less aggresive computer calibration.

Interior and exterior styling is a matter of preference and opinion. However, there is a larger selection of exterior "dress-up" parts available for the SN95.

I personally like the performance of the lightweight FOX, but really like the looks of the '95 Cobra R (front bumper cover, hood, and wheels) or the SN95 Saleen's.
