Bought a \'66 Falcon 2 Door Sedan: Should I Keep Or Sell?

A guy drives up my drive yesterday with a '66 Falcon 2 door sedan on a trailer, and he asks if I want to buy it. He says it is going to scrap, and that he wants $100.00 for it. I offer him $30.00 cause I did not have all that much cash on me. He says $50.00, and I say $40.00 and he takes it. It is a pretty decent car with no floor rust, just a little on the bottom of the doors and one rear quarter. It was a I-6 and it has a working C-4 in it. It also needs a grille, headlight bezels, and a front bumper. I have a running 170 out of my '64 Falcon project, and I was thinking of puttin' it in the '66 and gettin' it running and trying to sell it on E bay. I also have a complete low mileage 351 4V engine just waiting for a home. I have almost nothing in it, but I have too many projects already:'64 Galaxie, '64 Falcon Wagon, '73 Torino,'64 Fairlane 2 door sedan, my Mach 1 and my '63 Ranchero are done (or are they) no to mention my race car and the sprint cars I am restoring. The Torino runs and the Galaxie and Wagon are close, but this Falcon would be running cheap. What to do?
