My vote would be to pull it. It is usually a little cheaper to take the time and do it now then to do it twice when something else breaks later. I would also have concerns with condition of the cam bearings. Is best to take the time to clean it all up, inspect. and mic everything then put her all back together if all is good. Much better piece of mind that way.
