fresh rebuild, blue clutches, kolene steels, kevlar bands, transgo 40-3 full manual kit, modulator in, but not hooked up, H servo

when it shifts from second it feels a little soft.

is this band adjustment issues?

transmission was airchecked, and valve body put on a machine and checked before it was installed
