It is a cruiseomatic/FMX. ALL 352's came with them; 390's got both FMX's and C-6s. Tranny crossmember is different; so is the driveshaft length. There is nothing wrong with the FMX tranny; they were used behind 390 police interceptor motors for years. But if you must change, then try to get all the parts from the same car.
