i was thinking about doing that to my 4150 650dp as well, i'm running a 4" x 14" k&n cleaner.

on another note do the k&n xtreme lids make any noticeble difference or are they just for show?

i've noticed almost a 1 mph increase at the track with no other changes other than taking my entire air cleaner assembly off the carb.
