I wish could have viewed the GT40P pictures you did. I doing a set myself using the DIY article as a guide. BIG MISTAKE! I started grinding the exhaust guide back to the thermactor dimple to match the picture and now have a 1/16" hole into the water jacket! The intakes are perfect, as good as any machine shop could do. Now I'm hoping the head can be welded.
