The idle slowly brings it self down to 800 rpm

Is this an AOD stang? If so this was the same trouble I had/have. I just kept mess with the idle and adjusting the TPS and it is pretty good now. I am running a B-cam for what that is worth.
I did talk to a friend of mine wha o has been working fords for 30+ years and he was telling me that the auto cars have a small hang in the idle when you free rev. If you notice when you put it in gear it goes up a few RMPs. I could me wrong and if you do not have an AOD just forget what I said.[img]/phpBB/images/smiles/icon_smile.gif[/img]
