I go every year. I took 2 years of welding/metal trades in HS as well as 2 years of Machine shop and the last semester of the MS in CNC programming.

I take the welding class every year just to stay up to date on welding skills. We don't weld much here at home (in fact both welders are broken at the moment[img]/phpBB/images/smiles/icon_frown.gif[/img]). If you don't do it very often, or if you're just beginning....it's a experience that is worth a ton. Welding is a skill that ALL hotrodders should learn. Never know, ya might be able to make some money at it too!
