Shock tower patteren for 64

I don't want to rain on your parade, but if I were doing another 64 I would get rid of the shock towers all together and put a new clip on. There really isn't enough room even with the mods, nothing is easy, headers are a nightmare, and a stick is a challenge. Just my 2 cents but I finished a 64 last year it had a 400 inch stroker motor ran like a funny car but was to tight headers hit everywhere. The added weight in the front made it almost impossible to align not enough caster no way to get it. Its impossible to get big tires under it even with a narrowed rear. It must be tubbed. So if I had my car back I would have put a 347 stroker everything would have been as the car was made originally, things would work like headers, clutch and hood. Well thats my take on 64 fairlanes do yourself a favor and research your project real good first. JMO
