Im thinking of getting one of these reverse manual valve bodies and wanted to know what your opinions and outlooks on these were?I like the idea of shifting it and controlling the shifts myself.A friend has this on his AOD and theyre pretty cool but i didnt know if they cause premature wear or would be stressing my tranny.

The part number is PMA-PA26304 is it a descent peice or should i just keep the stocker i have?
