building a 428FE for my 1968 mustang

It's a lot easier than it was just a couple years ago. Just look at Keith Craft Racing http://www.keithcraft.com
He'll sell you a complete motor for about 10k that will do the job. Check www.clubcobra.com for more info on his motors. It's more expensive to get into the 10's with an FE than with a 460 or 351, but there is nothing cooler (sound and looks).
