A little tunning help please

Okay today was the first day i could take my car out more than just around the block after my winter cam swap. I put a comp cams xtreme engergy 262h cam, air-gap intake, and 650dp on my 289. I have noticed it weak/breaking up between 1500-2500 rpm, after that it really picks up pretty good. What do you guys thing this can be, below is a list of specs/parts
262h cam
pertronix
650dp 65/68 jets 6.5pv
15 in vacuum at idle
base timing 12* advance 32 all in by 2500
I'm not sure if its a lean issue, should the secondary squirters squirt fuel when the car is in park and I rev it? Here is a picture of my plugs, 45-50mph crusing for about 20 mins.

Any information would be great thanks
Richard
