All the non EDP coated “repro” panels have been striped to bare metal and sprayed with Zinc phosphate (Zero rust prep step). To slow down flash rust and "enhances" paint adhesion.

I have changed. “front to back. R rear fender apron, Both fire wall extensions, Both front frames, Both front floor pans, Both quarter panels, Both inner wheel housings, Both outer wheel housings, Both rear frames, Both trunk floors, and a rear apron

This or next week I plan on spraying the inner fenders engine compartment all of the under body etc. with Zero Rust
