I saw no restrictions on age when I resently signed up with Hagerty Insurance www.hagerty.com Just told them what value I wanted it covered for,filled out the forms online,emailed pics to them and that was it.Did not require an appraisal and it was $256 a year for full coverage,no deductable and 3 flatbed tows a year
