That hagerty seems like a really great deal. I only have one question. In minnesota we have collector plates, which are only registered once. I would have been able to get a good rate with those, but i wasnt old enough to drive with them, and you only got 2500 miles a year. There are no restrictions like that with this Hagerty insurance is there?
