The size of the line depends on your HP now, and what your future plans are. Using EFI can get by with slightly smaller lines at a given HP since they use a lot more pressure.

You really need to list your setup to get any valid information.

I am using AN8 supply and AN6 return for 500 HP.for a carb with a return system.
