I would go holley. It has always been my experience that more power is made and they are more easily tuned. I have dyno tuned many demons and many holleys and holleys are much easier and responsive they run better and with less work. I could not imagine trying to get two demons to run the same I have had issues just getting one demon to run right...... go holley they kick ass.
