414 stroked heads upgrade

Talking to Brodix and like that sts1 f std 225 head, flows 334 at 700 lift. Seems like the best bang for the buck, an should see a big improvement over old world windsors.

Talked to Comp and they said the cam I have should open up with new heads and stay with it. Later, may want to go to 110 sep, but should work pretty good.

Headers are still going to hold me back, have to double check, but I think I have the 1 3/4 an not 1 7/8. Unless I get a sponser, next year on header upgrade.

Still mixed on carb, 850 has seen it's better days, Comp said 950, lot's of others said 1000hp. Need thoughts on this.

Anybody run the Brodix's cnc 225s? Not ordered yet, still have to check clearances.

Open to all ideas or suggestions, and thanks mstngjoe on post. AFR did come out with a new head, 225 dds high port, think it flows 330 at 700. Seemed like a good head, just not enough info. Not on web site, hard to get the Ford spec's as it is.

Thanks again
