cylinder head advice

205 should work for the 408 too, with a nice power curve, and great torque. Also, with any of these heads you need to check piston to valve clearance, otherwise they're bolt ins. Another option would be to pick up the street 205's, bolt them on the 302, then when the 408 is done, have them CnC ported to the race specs, and bam, a head for both. You'll spend a bit more money this way, but you get what you're wanting, and you're spending a LOT less than two sets of heads.

By the way, people are making over 550hp out of a pump gas 427ci Windsor, with the 205's. I doubt you'll out motor those heads with cubic inches =).
