500.00 Falcon

We got into the trunk this weekend, Found a bucket with misc. brake parts, clutch plate, water pump, a radiator hose, stock cast iron intake manifold 2 pr of door scuff plates, original trim panels for rear, front interior kick panels, 2 sets of steel powered by ford valve covers for sm block and what seems to me some sort of part for a transfer case? Hummmm.
The original interior is blue, the original seats have been removed and have been replaced with a red bench seat and its mate in the rear both of which will be coming out as we will be putting in buckets.
After even further inspection of interior and trunk no rust to be found. Which is not true for all California cars? I found rust on my floor pans in my Sprint when I tore the carpets out. Front was minor, the worst area was behind the drivers side seat.
Ran the numbers on the car and it is another San Jose production, March 1963, unit # 49202, powder blue exterior, says it was originally a 200 six cyl another source I ran says it had a 116 six. Originally with buckets but I see no evidence that buckets were ever in this car. The report also states it had a 2 speed ford O matic but this car has original pedal assembly and remnants of z-bar bracketry and linkage on clutch pedal. This car is also 5 lug and all v-8 linkage up front? I guess it could have been converted by one of its previous owners Anyway after more research I guess we will sort out this mystery and conflicting data.
