Re: Driveshaft Safety Loop Installation

This driveshaft mod really works. I did the same kind of thing to my car several years ago because I did not trust that the floor of the car would hold up the driveshaft if something failed. I had enough room to put bolts in the top and bolt the loop to the bottom of the bracket with lock nuts. I have changed my clutch three times now without any trouble. I have had to move the loop twice to clear different exhaust and torque arm set ups that have been installed on the car, just cut off at the subframe connector and weld back where needed. I hate to image the holes that would be in the floor now.
