Definitely not Moab.
I'd say Northern Africa or Middle East somewhere. The clothing people are wearing at the end of the video is a dead give away, not counting the fact that none of the vehicles are American (Nissan Patrol, SWB Monteros, etc.).
The vehicle that drops off the top is not an early Bronco.
