Ok quick question, I have a factory 5.0L block. I have the roller lifters that have that fancy link bar that holds them together or do I need to find/buy the factory setup that holds the roller lifters down? I beleive this is refered to the dog bones.

I am assuming that I need to go with the factory setup because I am using an original 5.0L block. However, I bought just the bare block and nothing else... So is it possible to buy the factory setup to hold the roller lifters in place? Or do I have to hit the junk yards?

Also, The fancy roller lifter with the link bars is that for if you don't have a factory 5.0L block? Also can you still use the link bar lifters on a 5.0L. The reason why I ask is I have a set of comp roller lifters with the link bars and want to know if I can use them on my 5.0L block? Any help/info would be great. Thanks.
