Those 0.600" lift statements are totally bogus. Some cams lift the valves MUCH more quickly than others, and need stiffere springs to control the valvetrain. Hydraulic Rollers, especially the Xtreme Energy series NEED far stiffer springs than even what the factory recommends. For those, go with around 150lbs on the seat.
