If you are asking will the bigger headers raise the HP peaking RPM, the answer is no. OR very little. maybe by 100 RPM. One thing I must point out here, most of these small changes you are talking about will be un detected once you have your car together and running. Small headers usually feel better in the car than the bigger ones do. Same with the cam.If you must spend lots of money to make these changes, think that over.
