helo everyone im new here and i think this is where this goes but...

i have a 1982 Ford F350 400 2WD. i am getting it from my father and it is complete stock, except for the exhaust. and i would like to know what else i could do to it. i tired to google it but there was nothing, i dont know any online vender that offers performance parts. if you could help me that would be good.
