I recently sent a number of enquiries to Probe Industries looking for a quote on some pistons/pins/rings but got no reply to any of them

Probe 10671 - 557 Ford - 4.5" stroke - 6.8" rod - + .030 - + Pins + Rings

This is the second time recently this has happened, I previously tried to get a spec for Jon Kaase's excellent P51 Ally heads, & am wondering whether it's down to the deodorant I'm using, or whether these companies have enough business that they don't need any more.....

Could it be my address ? .... Not very likely as it's a reputable Jamaica NY based shipping agent ( I'm over in UK ) ... Maybe it's the offered means of payment ? ... also not likely as I do my best to only shop where they take Paypal & even offer to pay fees in when requested...

What am I doing wrong ? ... Please tell me
