Get a NOID light from carquest at about $50 bucks and test the pulse going into your injector in #3, if the noid light comes on but does not flash then you likely have a bad computer, or the injector is hanging open...

Then SWAP that injector with another on a diffrent cylinder, then re-run the truck and check for the miss...

Also, check your Coolant Temp Sensor against a known good one, that will, as likely having already been mentioned, cause a rich run condition
