I finally had the time to pull the 351M from my 78 F-250 on Sunday. I pulled the front clip off the truck to make getting to the engine easier, and that made all of the difference in the world. On to the pics:

Now the teardown really begins. I'll have to pull the motor off the stand to get the flexplate off (duh!), but it should be smooth sailing after that. The plan is to rebuild it to a stout 400. Should be fun. You can see the rest of the pics at my Supermotors page:
