I like black for the dash. Sometimes when the dash is the color of the exterior and the interior it is just too much of that one color. But really that's up to you to decide. Your interior isn't all yellow so maybe it would be ok.
I guess keep watching ebay. You are talking about the arm of the gear shift correct? Have you checked dearborn? I know they have the turn signal arm but not sure on the gear shift arm.
