Hi I'm from Belgium and I'm working on a project myself to, i have my own
website so feel free to visit it, it has a lot more pics than i posted here, I'll keep posting updates here if that allright. This website is about the hard work and suffering (mostly my wallet's) that goes into the rebuilding of my '78 Ford Taunus. The car will be transformed into a street/strip car. It has been in my possession for over five years now and I started the project in October 2003. I had already rebuilt the car once before, including paintjob and a homemade 2.8 V6 turbo engine that produced 250 HP.
But bigger is better and I'm not easily satisfied, that's why I decided to build a more powerful engine, install a stronger gearbox and rear axle, brake discs, adjustable shock absorbers etc. For the new engine I'm aiming at an output of about 500-600hp. Let's see if I meet my own challenge…
