There were actually three CRUISE-O-MATIC trans in this series during this time period. The DUAL-RANGE TURBO-DRIVE was LINC only so that leaves a possibility of either a small case CRUISE-O-MATIC or medium case MERC-O-MATIC (DUAL RANGE). C1SP on the bell identifies it (bell) as a 61 BIRD and that makes it FE specific. C3TP on the main case identifies it as a light truck trans, more than likely a MERC-O-MATIC. The 64 MERC METEOR was a full size MERC.

Compare your main case length with the diagram below and it should identify it.
