RIGHT ON! i started porting heads, first off cause i was broke and second because everyone said you have to take it to a pro..as i sat back and thought about it -how did the pros become pros? well they were guys like you and i that just picked up an olds head and started working at it! its not hard at all and just take your time...rome wasnt built in a day! anyone can port a set of heads in the garage, just have faith in yourself and go for it..the worst thing that can happen it you poke through a water jacket...i have not yet done it, again just go slow. so get out the di grinder and go for it!!!!!!
