Re: 88 lx mustang clutch HELP!!

I believe there is an adjustment at the clutch fork beside the transmission. Threading it away from the fork should make the clutch grab closer to the floor I beleive. Just be sure that the clutch is still disengaging completly. As far as mods to your car, MSD ignition is always good, as well as your usuals like headers, and porting and polishing. It depends on what you want to get out of it and how much money you want to put into it. Hope that was some help.
