That's a Cyclone Super Spoiler II and it was a twin to the Torino King Cobra.....there were not 500 of them built. There is 1 of each owned by a guy in Tenn and those 2 were at Dearborn in 2003...which is where that pic was taken. These were prototypes not production cars. There's lots of history on the cars and you can check it out over on the Torino Cobra site. I remember one of the King Cobras being for sale back in the early 1980's. Amazing cars that would have given MOPAR a real fight if NASCAR had not slapped the aero cars with a 305ci engine limit.
