I think it is a great idea. I want to do the same thing with a mustang. You can make gobs of power have a wicked sounding ride and enough torque to pull 3 houses down at the same time. It is time we as hot rodders find better ways to to make power and keep emmissions down. I too have seen the episode you are talking about, and it is great. Foe help you should start poking around on diesal truck wesites for help on the conversion. I know there are websites coverting gas 351 broncos to diesel. A friend of mine is about to but a powerstroke in place of his 351w. Good luck and great idea. Keep us informed and take pics. I think you are moving in the right direction!!
