what studies are you basing this on? everything ive read says the opposite, except for nitrogen emissions which are higher in biodiesel. however i would not agree with it being "junk" or not being consistent as many fleets are running biodiesel i do not think a company would run their fleets on something that is junk, risking their company on something that is junk.
