The 460 and 429 heads for the early 70's do not, in my opinion, need to be ported. The ports are as large as they need to be unless you are taking your engine over 7000 RPM.
If you are going to bore the engine to .060" over stock I would recommend that you have the block X-rayed to make sure that you have the metal to do this. Thin clinder walls heat faster and hotter than those with thicker walls. These hot spots cause warpage of the bores and can destroy all your hard work.
.010" off the head is not likely to change your compression signifigantly.
