To the best of my knowledge if the frame is original there are three vin numbers located on the frame only, none on the body or bed. The numbers are located all on the drivers side top of frame rail:
1. above the front crossmember by the ritets.
2. about half way back between front and rear crossmembers
3. just rear of the rear crosmember
