For all the work and components put into those heads, the deal you are looking at sounds fair to me. There is a LOT to be gained by porting the factory iron. They biggest problem with the iron heads is the poor flowing exhaust port. On an engine size as your intending, the exhaust flow begins to back up at about 4500 rpm, costing power. The engine will run strong, but can run much stronger with ported exhaust. Ideally, it would be best to work the intake as well while you're in there...mostly an intake bowl blend, then an exhaust bowl blend, short turn radius reshaping and Thermactor bump removal. 525hp will be much easier to accomplish with the ported heads and also provde room to grow.
Given your target hp and stock 460 strokie and rods, I think .060" overbore is no problem whatsoever. We build 473's all the time and run them at 5000-6000 sustained, without issue.
I don't publicize my porting technique, but for a mere $25 you can gain access to lots of great information on this topic and do it right rather than make beginner mistakes. Go to: Re-In-"Car"-nation High Performance and Automotive Repair/index
