Re: Replacing Front Sway Bar Bushings

Sway bar just bolts on the car - 3/8" bolts IIRC. Just remove the bushing clamps and let the bar swing down. If the replacement is solid, you can cheat by slicing the bushing on the back and slipping it over the bar. Or, just soak it in hot water, clean the bar, take the nearest end loose, spray the bar with silicone (or rub with dishwashing liquid) and slide the bushing on. There is no tech or adjustment to any of this - just put all the parts back the way they came off.

Recommend you get a service manual for the car - lots of data and illustrations.
