Re: 1978 Ford Ranger 4x4 - Anticipation

Hey nice build, I want to lift my '79 4x4, but I'm content with my factory setup 4wd, just need to get my push bumper on yet and make a new back bumper.
I was going to suggest a brake upgrade I saw on another side, using a '79 F350 2wd booster, some torino brake calipers {same identical sized caliper, but bigger, metal piston as opposed to our phonlic setup.
I was shown this by a buddy with a lowered '78 with a 460 who did the conversion.
I hate taking info like this, but figure you and any other 78-79 guys should know about this.
